| REFINISHING
PROGRAM
Professional Bakeware Company provides its customers with a
convenient and unique refinishing program. Any items needing to be
refinished can be done at half the original cost.
Please, contact a PBC Customer Service Representative (800-440-9547)
to receive a refinishing authorization number. The merchandise
needing to be refinished must be returned, postage prepaid, to
Professional Bakeware Company. Once the old merchandise is received,
please allow 3-4 weeks for PBC to refinish and return your product.

| RETURNS
No merchandise will be accepted for returns without prior written
approval. Please, contact a PBC Customer Service Representative
(800-440-9547) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
All returned merchandise will be subjected to a 50% restocking
fee + freight. All merchandise must be returned within 30
days from purchase date to receive a credit or exchange. No cash
refunds will be given for returned merchandise.

| FREIGHT
DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES
In the event of any freight damages, all products must be kept in
their original shipping packages. If original packing materials
are not kept, Professional Bakeware Company will refuse replacements
of damages. The receiver must contact a PBC Customer Service
Representative (800-440-9547) as soon as possible to report any
damages or shortages. After 30 days from delivery date, no
shipping damages or shortages will be replaced.

| SAMPLE
REQUEST POLICY
All samples are billed as an order, a Purchase
Order or credit card is required. To avoid being charged, all
samples must be returned in original condition, within 30 days from
date product is received. Customer pays for all shipping cost
to and from Professional Bakeware Company (Willis, TX) and a 50%
restocking fee. PBC will gladly send color chip samples and/or a
small cast aluminum piece at our choosing at no charge.

| WARRANTY-
REPLACEMENTS
Professional Bakeware merchandise is guaranteed to be free of
manufactures defects for a one-year period from date of purchase,
under normal use (see Care & Use Guidelines below). In the event
of an alleged defect, the customer must contact a PBC Customer
Service Representative (800-440-9547) to determine if products are
still under warranty and to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number. Before calling, please have the item number
and an accurate count of all damaged merchandise to be returned. All
damaged merchandise must be properly packed and returned,
postage prepaid, to Professional Bakeware. If product is not
returned within two weeks, the authorization number is
then void. To assure prompt resolution, the RMA # followed by
the company name, and or, unit name must appear on every returned
package. If Professional Bakeware determines that the returned
merchandise has deteriorated during the first year of normal use,
a replacement item will be provided at no cost. NOTE: All
light Dura-Design Colors will stain. Staining is not covered under
the warranty. Please, allow three to five weeks for processing
and shipping. This replacement shall be the purchaser’s sole
remedy under this warranty. The seller shall not be liable for any
loss, damage, or installation expense, including consequential
damages, directly or indirectly arising from the condition or use of
the goods from any other cause.
