CAST ALUMINUM PRESENTATION ITEMS:
Most of our presentation items are made up of cast aluminum. Cast Aluminum is good choice for the food service industry because it is a great conductor of both hot and cold temperatures. The Cast Aluminum core helps to keep cold foods colder and hot foods hotter for longer periods of time than plastic or stainless steel products. We offer different finishes and a variety of colors for our cast aluminum presentation items.

COPPER CLAD
Copper clad is a premium line of clad cookware with a pure aluminum core between one inner  layer of 18/10 stainless steel and one outer layer of copper. Copper clad is oven safe up to 450º F. Cook or boil using only low to medium heat. These pans are not dishwasher safe and we recommend hand drying the pans immediately after the rinse cycle to preserve their original beauty.

ORIGINAL SILICONE SERVER:
Our newest line is a unique, non-flexible pan that is extremely versatile. The proprietary silicone material allows you to go from Freezer to Oven to Serving Line to the Refrigerator. This is the only pan you will need for your food service line: Hot or Cold. The Silicone material is very rigid for safe transporting of liquids and acts as a natural nonstick, so clean up is easy.  The Silicone Servers are extremely durable: no breaking, peeling or chipping, it is stain resistant and food safe-NSF approved.  Oven Safe. 
Do not use on an open flame, under a broiler or on a stove top.

All Thermo Pans have a double wall s/s body which is filled with a conductive fluid to improve heat distribution, prevent scorching or can be frozen for cold food application. Can be used directly on an open flame/sterno, induction or hot plate

STEAM TABLE PANS:
We offer 20 & 24 gauge with flange rims and anti-jam collars. The perforated steam pans offer extra holes in the corner for quick draining.

TRI-PLY CLAD:
Tri-ply clad is a premium line of clad cookware with a pure aluminum core between two layers of 18/10 s/s extended all the way up the side walls to maximize performance and to allow heat to spread quickly and evenly from every side.  These pans are elegant in the kitchen or cut into our tiles for a cook and serve application.
